For Audencia, Corporate and Social Responsibility is a choice, a reality and part of everyday life. In the eyes of the school, this societal and environmental commitment is a genuine lever for innovation and economic performance. Audencia applies CSR in a cross-disciplinary fashion so that it becomes instilled in the teaching programmes, research, life on and off campus and also in partnerships established. It is an especially important dimension of the ECOS 2025 strategic plan recently unveiled to all our stakeholders.
CSR REPORT
2020
As a signatory of the Global Compact since 2004 and of the Principles for Responsible Management Education since 2007, Audencia is renewing its commitment to these two United Nations initiatives, which allow the school to exchange ideas with other committed parties and draw inspiration from their practices. In 2021, as part of implementing its new strategic plan, Audencia will reinforce its commitment to CSR to provide an increased and better contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
Backed by an ambitious development plan and thanks to research activities, training of students, innovative projects and in collaboration with all its stakeholders, with its new strategic plan for the next five years, Audencia is committing to having an impact on the following three major challenges:
- The creation and use of responsible information and technology
- The development and adoption of managerial approaches that promote inclusive organisations and societies
- The design and implementation of sustainable business models and growth (with a focus on carbon neutrality objectives)
The impact of the projects and schemes launched by Audencia within the scope of the strategic plan will be evaluated using new performance measurement approaches devised by the school’s Multi-capital Global Performance chair. These approaches allow us to take into account and accentuate not only the economic dimension but also the social and environmental dimensions of the actions conducted by businesses and organisations. All our stakeholders will be able to get to grips with this new approach and learn to measure performance differently.
Audencia’s new “Raison d’être” is to position itself as an institution and player that accelerates the ethical transformation of individuals, organisations and society by concurrently being rooted in local ecosystems and committed to international scale projects in collaboration with other players in other parts of the world, particularly thanks to the Global Compact and Principles of Responsible Management Education networks.
Together, we can strengthen our impact on the academic world, students, businesses and society!
