2020 was a peculiar year. How was it felt in your division?

2020 once again demonstrated the commitment to our students of the entire faculty. Indeed, teaching continued in excellent conditions despite the exceedingly difficult health situation. The teaching staff showed great agility in swiftly adapting to ensure educational continuity and to maintain the quality of the students’ learning experience. They also displayed close support for students who underwent specific difficulties in order to help them overcome such problems. The human qualities they exhibited are part of our school’s DNA.

AUDENCIA 20-20 – What is your assessment of the previous strategic plan?

The Audencia 2020 strategic plan set the objectives for the faculty to have 140 permanent professors, 50% of whom were to be international professors. It is very satisfying to observe that both these objectives have been achieved. Internationalisation of the faculty has also been accelerated by the development of the Shenzhen Audencia Business School (SABS), our campus in China, which is the fruit of a partnership with Shenzhen University. Our faculty has also displayed increasing excellence in all domains throughout the entirety of our activities, whether in teaching, research or other impactful activities. With ECOS2025, we will open a new and even more ambitious chapter. The faculty will possess 200 professors by 2025, which amounts to an increase of 50%. The goal is to increase the positive impact that we enjoy with our stakeholders.

COLLECTIVE!
It is a term that perfectly sums up this ambitious strategic plan produced thanks to co-construction involving all our stakeholders. The process of developing this plan gave rise to a fabulous collective dynamic in-house but also with our entire ecosystem. We now need to build upon it to make its implementation successful.
